How fast can I get a bin?
We guarantee delivery within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday — and same-day is usually possible if you call before mid-day. Book online and we'll confirm your window right away.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
No — that's the whole point of us. Protective boards go down before the bin ever touches your driveway, and our Delivery Experts evaluate placement carefully, including sloped driveways.
How long can I keep it?
Your choice of a 3, 5, or 7-day rental — 7 days is the most common. Project running long? Call us and we'll work out an extension.
What can't go in the bin?
Hazardous items: paint, motor oil, gasoline, batteries, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, household chemicals, and appliances containing Freon (fridges, freezers, A/C units). Everything else — household junk, construction debris, yard waste, furniture — is fair game.
Can I fill it to the brim?
Load it level with the top edge — nothing poking over the sides. Overfilled bins are unsafe to haul and can mean extra charges. When in doubt, size up: it's only $20–$40 more.
Which size do I need?
Garage cleanout or small remodel: 10 yard. Full kitchen, flooring, or a multi-room cleanout: 15 yard (our most popular). Whole-house cleanout, roofing, or storm cleanup: 20 yard. Our booking tool recommends a size based on your project — or just call and ask.
